Ganon's Restaurant

This idea is several years old, but I only recently managed to get a photo of the place. See, there's a restaurant somewhere in... somewhere around South Dakota or Minnesota (I was asleep most of the time) that's called Ganon's. It's a pretty good place, but recently closed down. Dunno why they did. Anyway, I saw the obvious manipulation potential and came up with this. The original is the one on top, the manipulation is on the bottom.



This probably took two or three hours, mostly because it's near impossible to get rid of all the "noise" (I hate JPEGs for this reason) as it's called, and I had to experiment with selections in order to make it look more authentic. I probably used about half a dozen filters I never bothered with before. And I'm still not entirely happy with how the image turned out. I might possibly work on this again another day. Possibly...



The added pictures were taken from public image sources and are not anybody's specific property, so I think I'm safe.

Ganon's belongs to whoever owned the restaurant. It's still out there if you want to go look, but I don't know where there is exactly ><
